How It Works

1. Define Your Difference

We begin with a private 60-minute coaching session.

Together, we will identify:

  • The specific difference you want to create

  • Why it matters now

  • What has kept it from happening

  • Who you need to be to create it

  • What must matter most

  • What you need to do differently

  • How we will know the change is taking hold

You will leave with a clear 14-Morning Difference and a personalized focus for the experience.

2. Decide It Every Morning

For 14 consecutive mornings, you will send me one brief video, audio, or text message inside your private coaching space.

Your message will take no more than three minutes.

You will begin by briefly looking back on yesterday, then making the day’s three decisions.

You do not need to create a polished update.

You do not need to explain your entire day.

You simply notice what happened, use what you learned, and decide how you will enter the next day.

3. Receive Personal Coaching Every Day

You will receive a personal response from me every day.

My response may be video, audio, or text—depending on what will be most useful.

I may:

  • Help you sharpen one of your decisions

  • Challenge an assumption or pattern

  • Point out progress you may be overlooking

  • Help you turn a vague intention into a specific action

  • Push you when you are playing too small

  • Help you recover after a difficult day

  • Show you where the old way of operating is trying to return

  • Reinforce what is creating the difference

Together, we will identify:

  • What you learned about yourself

  • What needs to continue

  • What you are now ready to change next
