The Daily What If: Notice the win

Most of us move quickly past our own wins. If something goes well, we tell ourselves it was expected. If things work out, we immediately look ahead to what’s next.

Even when life surprises us in a good way, or takes a turn that ends up being better than planned, we rarely stop to acknowledge it. We accept the moment and keep moving.

There’s something grounding about allowing yourself to feel good when things go right. To recognize effort. To notice when you handled something well, adapted, or followed through.

Celebrating yourself isn’t about ego. It’s about awareness. It reinforces what’s working and builds momentum for what comes next.

What if today you let yourself fully acknowledge something you did well and allowed that moment to matter?
