When Knowing More Isn’t the Answer

Most people think their next breakthrough comes from learning something new.

Another book.
Another system.
Another idea they don’t have yet.

What I’ve come to believe is different.

In most moments, knowledge isn’t the issue. Perspective is.

We already know what matters.
We already know what we could do.
What we’re often missing is a way to look at the moment differently and take one intentional step forward.

That realization reshaped the book I just finished writing.

I initially thought it would be about explaining the What If Rule, a simple way of shifting perspective and taking action when you feel stuck. But the rule itself is simple. If it’s meant to be usable, it doesn’t require much explanation.

What does take practice is applying it in real life.

On ordinary days.
In small moments.
At home or at work.
When nothing feels dramatic enough to justify change.

So, the What If Rule became one chapter.
The rest of the book became about using it.

Here's the takeaway:

Before you seek more knowledge, ask whether a different perspective and one intentional action would be enough.

That shift alone often changes everything.

If this approach resonates, the book is designed to help you practice it week by week.
